Hello, can you please give me your opinion on this deal? I can get this PC 2 year old so without warranty for 1400$. Do you think it is worth it? I know that new graphics cards are coming and I currently have gtx 1070 and I want a new PC for my 1440p up to 165hz gaming. Also I know that the CPU sucks and would bottleneck the 2080ti but I could replace it with overclocked 6700k from my current PC or get used 7700k.
I am really on a fence here because the PC esthetically looks great (some pictures here https://pc.bazos.cz/inzerat/122407451/herni-pocitac-rtx2080ti.php) and the price seems fair but the fact that new graphic cards are coming soon scares me a bit but it is still 2080 ti, so it might still be a bit better than the new 3070, but yeah nobody knows. And second thing that scares me is the warranty on the graphics card, I am not sure how often does something happen with the card but throwing away 800$ graphics card would be super upsetting for me.

Thanks for your help

You will be paying $1400 to buy a $1000 graphics card.
Not a good deal to me since you really have no use for the other parts.
If you want a RTX2080ti, then go ahead and buy one.
I might suggest an EVGA version.
They offer a 90 day trade up option if you should need something stronger(and if it is available)
Read the small print on requirements on the EVGA web site.

You seem to mention that you have a GTX1070 and you also have a current machine with parts in it. I'd like to know what you're currently working with since I think you can actually piece together a better system brand new than buy a used machine that looks like it was parted together over the course of a year. Not to mention that the ram is also meant for a lower tier platform, ideally for a Z270 platform you should be looking at a DDR4-3200MHz dual channel ram kit at the very least. So I see you having to drop more money to get that platform up to spec

Please include/list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:

This is my current setup:

But to be clear I am not really looking for upgrade, I would probably prefer to sell my pc and buy a new machine. I am looking for something nicer and something is wrong with my PC because it sometimes freezes even after reinstalling windows so probably something with a discs or motherboard would be my guess. I really dig the design of that PC and actually 2TB SSD is something that I would want in my new PC. I realize that I would have to swap the CPU and RAMs but that would not be that expensive. But I am not sure if its worth overal for that price. From what I have seen the motherboard is also pretty good is not it? If you do not take into consideration that best CPU that you can put on it is 7700K.
