EDIT: I am thinking of crossfire so i am wondering about my PSU if i should get the 1000W for crossfire also ill be playing on a 24 inc monitor maybe bigger in the future.

ALo about the GPu i have seen an egg partialy cooked on the GTX 480 fermi!

The motherboard you selected only has one PCI 2.0 x16 slot, so that would not allow you to crossfire in the future.

But what about future proofing?

I dnt intend on upgrading soon or even if i do upgrade it will be minimal

You could go with a single 5970 for now and in the future when you feel the need to crossfire then the option would be open for you. It has been shown that six core CPUs are not that great for gaming and is why people recommend going with quad core. The RAM I suggested has better timings which would make it better for gaming. Also, as I stated earlier your choice for a motherboard only had a single PCI 2.0 x16 Slot which would not allow you to crossfire if you felt the need to, which would make the motherboard I chose more future proof. If a more experienced forum member could confirm my thoughts or offer a more effective alternative that would be welcomed, as its always good to get a second opinion.
