Question 2012 Xeon workstation a good buy?

I have the opportunity to buy this used rig at US$470.

• HP Z420 with Intel C602 chipset
• Xeon E5-2687w 8 core 3.1Ghz
• 64 GB DDR3 RAM (no ECC, probably 1600Mhz)
• Quadro 2000 gpu
• 240 GB SSD

I do the following:

• Web development bootstrap jquery frontend and django backend
• Hosting site locally on LAN/Wifi for testing by multiple people
• Text mining (Twitter, news article)
• Data analysis using simple Python scripts for about 50,000 documents of 400 words each to find patterns.
• Dual monitor display (27 inch 2K 60hz monitors)
• Virtual Machines to test other OSes
• YouTube/Udemy streaming

Currently I'm doing all these one at a time on my 2013 MBP. Will this new rig be able to allow me to do all of the above concurrently? Ie data crunching and web hosting in background while i do some photoshop or code the front end and watch a Udemy course?

That seems way to expensive you can prob get a better pc for that if you buy the parts of aliexpress but i dont know about that quadro 2000 aliexpress sells dual socket lga 2011 boards for around $150 which you can find 2 8 core e5's to put in there for about 20-30 dollars each and ecc ram you can get 64gb of it for 50-70 dollars and then that puts you at about 350-400 dollars then look for a rx 580 (i know they go on specials for 160 dollars ) and that gpu is about 785% better than the quadro

Sorry I didn't title it properly. I was asking more about whether the specs is good enough to do the above tasks concurrently.
