Solid build, but probably overkill in areas, and underwhelming in others.

For example:
1. X370 is *probably* overkill, achieving the same thing (including OCing, forgoing SLI support) on the B350 chipset.
2. The H60 is very much a "budget" AIO. The stock cooler, included with the 1600 should rival it within a couple of degrees.
3. Given how (relatively) light those titles are, a 1070 could be argued as overkill - but if you want to do High settings 120Hz, it's probably not a bad buy.
4. That PSU, while a great unit, is completely overkill for such a build. Total max power draw is going to be in the 300W range. Add in a bit more for OCing and some efficiency headroom, and a good quality 500-550W unit would be more than enough.

Saving >$150, and performance-wise, I'd expect it to perform identically.

If it were me, I'd even drop to mATX on the board (B350 generally speaking, is a waste on full ATX) and drop the case to the mATX equivalent.

Ducks you under $1,100. Performance-wise, should be identical....and it's a little smaller of a footprint too (with Tempered Glass, if that's your thing) - although the Enthoo cases <ATX do cheap out a bit in their build materials from all Steel/Aluminium to some plastic.

Put the extra $150 dollars you save in the build above, and put it into a gtx 1080

Barty gave a nice suggestion. If I were you, I would upgrade to a 1070ti which is around 450 bucks and spend the rest of that saved cash on a g sync monitor.
