So, im going to build a beast for gaming and streaming. Those are the specs im going for as for now: 3700x, x570 strix e-gaming, 16gb 3200mhz, evga 850w g3
And what i cant decide on is what model of 2080 ti i should get, is there much deference between them or should i get the one for best price i can?

Look for the cheapest one from a decent brand with good reviews.

There are differences, but at that point the difference in price is like trying to quibble about a gallon of water in a small lake. Considering the marginal price differences I'd probably try to look specifically at the EVGA XC series cards. What you'll get is a binned GPU and the best customer service in the industry.
