Question 2080ti EVGA FTW3 Not preforming as it should.

I am currently playing Red Dead Redemption 2 and its on ultra and im only getting like 50fps average. My CPU is 8700k. I thought that the 2080ti would be preforming alot better than this please help

What resolution? What is GPU temp. and usage while gaming?

1080, temp peaks at 70 and usage is around 70-90%
