Question 2080ti or else?

Hello guys, I have GTX 1080 right now, and I want to upgrade since it been awhile since I upgrade my GPU. I was thinking to upgrade to 2080ti, do you guys have other recommendation? I want to stick with Nvidia since it been my go-to GPU since I started my pc hobby. My current specs are down below.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X
Motherboard: ASRock B450 Pro4
RAM: KLEVV DDR4 BOLT X Series 3200MHZ 2x8GB
GPU: ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1080 Mini 8GB GDDR5X

How old is that CV650? Wasn't a great PSU you to start with, if it is as old as a GTX1080, time to replace it.

PSU is a little light for a 2080 Ti anyway.

If you are open to suggestions, than RTX 4070 Super is a fine replacement for a 3080 12GB/3080Ti which are both quite a bit faster than a 2080Ti 11GB.

is not that old bro i just bought it like 3-5 months ago and is brand new. I would like the 4070 super/non super but im on a budget right now that card is out of my budget sadly.
