This problem has been around since Windows 11 RTM. It happens on all sorts of Windows 11 devices including Microsoft Surfacebook 2 and the questions have been asked (and never properly answered) in the following threads:

I have already uninstalled/reinstalled the audio drivers, Bluetooth drivers, [Microsoft] touchpad drivers, and other system drivers.
I have used sfc and DISM.
A clean install does nothing.

It is NOT a driver issue. It is an OS issue that has been present since RTM and still in the current 22H2 Moment 4 update.

I have two videos that show that the touchpad volume control works FINE when controlling normal built-in speakers. You will notice it is very smooth as it is/was on Windows 10. Then, you will see that with 2 different Bluetooth devices, the same scrolling becomes extremely fast, unstable, and unusable.

This is an OS issue that needs to be fixed. I will revert back to Windows 10 (for now the third time) until it is fixed. Please let me know if you have any other KNOWN fixes for this. I doubt anything will fix it if even a clean install both w/ MS drivers AND OEM drivers does nothing to fix this bug.

I am not on a laptop. I build this system a few six months ago. My motherboard has realtek sound card and the default driver was really bad. The odd thing is the sound only semi dies in games not when I am playing music. Which I found odd.

Fast forward three months and realtek had a driver update which was on the motherboard website. that fixed the sound issues for a while. Samsung seems to depend on Microsoft for its updates which I find lazy on their part.

As for the Bluetooth I had 3 adapters I was trying to use. My WiFi card has one built in. Worked for around maybe 2 months after the win 11 update than it will connect and disconnect almost a sec after it connects. I stopped using Bluetooth a while back on windows 11. All my adapters but one works fine on Linux I n ow use a TV wireless earphones plugged in the earphone jack. Try Samsung update my other half has a Samsung laptop and I am happy I do not.
