230 Watts power: enough for Duron?

Hi,

I currently have a case with a 230W power supply. I'm going to upgrade my mobo to an Abit KT7-A RAID, with a Duron 800 cpu, and probably two hard drives.

Will 230W output be sufficient, or will I need to look for 300W?

Please reply, it's kinda urgent. I'm going to the pc store tomorrow...

I'd recommend at least 300w.
