Are you buying a monitor: Yes
Parts to Upgrade: Need everything
Do you need to buy OS: Yes
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Pccasegear
Location: QLD Australia, 2hrs from Brisbane.
Parts Preferences: Doesn't bother me - would prefer a GeForce GTX graphics card tho - as it will make Borderlands 2 when it is out look so much better.
Overclocking: Maybe
SLI or Crossfire: No
Your Monitor Resolution: Getting a new monitor,
Additional Comments:
- Would love it to be nice to look at - look pretty you know?, nice colours etc. (would love to avoid red, I do love green. but red is fine if its easier. lol)
- Would like to make it as quiet as possible as I will be using it a lot but noise isnt really that much of a hassle.
- Will be using large cpu and ram stressing programs - all the adobe products - flash, photoshop etc. Some open up all at once, other programs like Unity3D and SourceSDK and some other things for Android app development.
- Would love to be able to play any of the current games out on max settings + be future proof for a good while.
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Currently using a shitty HP Compaq Presario CQ42. Nuff said.
