$2500 Gaming PC Build - Feedback?

I will be moving out of state in about a month and I figured what better way to kick things off with a bang than investing in a new gaming PC!

I purchased my first gaming PC from iBuyPower about 2 years ago. Although I didn't actually build it, I did all of the research on the components myself and I'm glad to say that the system has done great for me these past years. I'm now looking to start making videos however, so I'll not only need to be able to play next-gen games for the following year but I'll also need to record them, store the video, and then later render said video.

Here is my first draft of the gaming PC I intend to buy in the next 20 days or so:

* NOTE: I recognize that 1200 watts is overkill for the current build, but I fully intend on upgrading to a second R9 290x sometime in the near future. If 1200 watts is still too much, please let me know!

The AMD GPUs have had their prices driven up so bad due to Bitcoin mining they just aren't worth the cost. Here's my suggestion:

I was reading a test the other day that said that 2 ssd in raid is not faster than one larger one so you could save some cash by going with one ssd.

I agree with shortstuff the prices are outrageous.
