Additional Comments: i will be using the igp for now and will add a gpu (probably a 6870 or a 560ti) later due to not having enough money, dont need the greatest looking case but would like the case to have at least 2 fans(intake/exhaust) and an aftermarket cooler enough to cool a 4.5ghz+oc thanks for looking

The Thermaltake is the better PSU (higher temp rating 50C vs 30C, higher efficiency, modularity and is actually more powerful with 48A 12V rail vs a 40A 12V rail) and a ~£3 saving is not worth the downgrade IMO.

If you like the case then yea. I don't know what size of CPU heatsink it can fit, but plenty of other cases which are 190mm wide can fit 160mm tall heatsinks. If I was you I'd search online forums to see if people are using that case with a large tower heatsink. Otherwise it might be safer to try and find a heatink which is less than 160mm in height.

No problem.
You could reuse either your mouse or keyboard as there is a PS/2 port on the Asrock Z68 Pro3. Which would mean that you'd only have to get one item.

I think I would just get something from Microsoft, as the Microsoft mouse I have atm is probably the best one I've had (also the cheapest one I've bought).
