Question 250w gpu and 450w psu?

Hi there,
I have a question about r9 280x 3gb sapphire and my 450w psu. Whether that power will be enough to power up r9 280x?
and if psu isn't good, what psu you will recommend.
pc spec:
cpu i3 3220
gpu r9 280x
mb asrock h77 pro4 mvp
8gb ddr3 1600mhzhyreX fury 2x4
120gb sdd kingston uv400
500gb hdd seagate baraccuda 7200rmp
psu- chieftec 450w
os- win7 professional 64bit

cheiftec 450 PSU range from 360W-408W (depending on the model) of actual power on the 12V.
I suggest a new unit.
my go to entry level suggestions are the CX-series by corsair (avoid the green labeled units) or the S12II/M12II by Seasonic. not to be confused with the III series the S12III is a no buy.

something like this would do.

You can try to use the 450W but chances are your GPU will either under-perform or might shut off the system abruptly during high usage.
