Is it good for gaming? I usually play gtav, racing games, csgo competitive but not that competitive enough for me to buy a 144hz monitor. Is it enough? Or should I go for another monitor?

Would be better if you listed the monitor model, but a 5m GTG is fine for gaming. I've used 12ms and higher and never noticed any issues. My son played CSGO on a 18ms older monitor and was fine with that.
