Question 2666 cl13 vs 3200 cl 16? intel 10th gen

So I've recently bought an i5 10400f which is capped at 2666Mhz ram
My question is if the gaming performance for 2666 cl13 (9.75ms latency) and 3200 cl16 (10ms latency) is the same?
Considering everywhere on the web you read "ryzen likes faster frecuency". But I don't know if every generation of intel favors the same latency than frecuency.

I've picked up a Corsair lpx 2x8gb 2400Mhz cl14-16-16-31 1.2v. Apparently with Hynix chips.
Does it matter that the box says ©2015? are all chips created the same as of today?

Tried overclocking to 2666Mhz same cl14 at 1.25v but got arkham knight and shadows of the tomb crashes to desktop.
I dont know if it was caused by the RAM. But then I got 1 memory error on HCI memtest.

Now I'm testing 2666 cl13-15-15-28 at 1.35v
In case I can keep pushing, whats better? 12-15-15-28 or 13-14-14-28?

Ok I've been rocking 2666 cl13-14-14-28 at 1.35v for a couple of days and it's stable so far.
The fourth number doesn't go below 28 even when setting 24 in BIOS.
12-16-16-36 doesn't post
13-13-13-36 loads in bios but doesn't seem to boot windows

I still have the main question:
Is the gaming performance for 2666 cl13 (9.75ms latency) and 3200 cl16 (10ms latency) the same?
