I want to buy an IPS 4k monitor with at least 144hz ... I heard that 28 inch is perfect for a 4K monitor. So i searched and found these two options:

Samsung Odyssey G7 S28BG70 28"

ASUS VG28UQL1A
I have an ASUS 2k 27 inch monitor (TUF series like above one) and i very enjoy it (except it has 4-5 dead pixel once i bought it but I love with because of its glass (it's good for my eye (i had LG and was aweful))
But i think maybe the Samsung one is better ... What do you think ? which one is better ? I hadn't any ultra-wide monitor so i don't know anything about them .... is it worth it to buy one of them ? let's say

ROG PG35VQ WQHD 200Hz VA 2ms

or anything else ? (i heard VA panels are not that good)..

The ROG monitor you've linked down in your post is a 2K, VA panel. IMHO they are a downgrade over your intention to go with a 4K monitor since you already own a 2K IPS monitor.

What tasks will you tax the proposed monitor purchase with? Gaming? If you're going to be doing productivity more than gaming and you need color accuracy, then IPS monitors are the route to take.
