28w cpu replacement vrs 25w

Thinking of cpu swap a p8400 for a p9700. The latter has twice the cach with 3w increase. What do you say?

3 watts is not a big deal. If it were to be 10 or more, only then would you consider replacing the adapter to a more powerful one. You also need to update the BIOS version to make sure you get full compatibility after upgrade.
