No, Dina had two pregnancies with Mortimer and had a single boy each time.
Lilith married Dustin Broke (now THERE'S a pair for you) and they had a
single daughter. I haven't played Nina yet to see what she might pop out.

I have a non-sexist one of those with a couple of men in it as well as the
women.

There's nothing special about the birth - just the same as the singletons.

Motherlode them as soon as the baby/twins is/are born. If I cheated to lose
them money I can cheat to give it back.

I've had one set of twins only, a boy and a girl... and I've had about 20
pregnancies...

That hack lets you pick how many babies to have- 1 through 4. So if you
only want one, you can have only one. If you don't mind insanity, go for
quads.

But then? Two babies land in the mother's arms? I never had twins
either.

No, I think they can only hold one at a time. If there's no one else there,
the first child goes on the floor.

I don't think that affects it either as my very first pregnancy in my
very first install, playing a new family who had no cooking skills and
were living on cereal, lunch meat sandwiches and macaroni and cheese
had twins. Twice. What a way to learn about looking after Sim babies!

Cassandra Goth also didn't have that great cooking skills in my second
install and had twins (in her second pregnancy). Of course then in
this third install I've not seen a single set of twins.

I still think it's random. 🙂

Do they stay in their maternity clothes after the first birth, though?

My Dina Caliente just gave birth to a single boy. To tell you the truth
I was really hoping for an alien since she has alien dna. No such luck
though. I'll have to try with Nina I suppose. Dina is married to Don
Lothario and while she was pregnant I was trying to get Don abducted so
they could be preggers together. Didn't work though. I later read here
somewhere that sims with the knowledge aspiration have a better chance
of getting abducted so that explains it I guess.

Ere! You know I transported Pascal from my old strange neighbourhood, and
before he had the baby? The new baby being pink as a marshmallow which is
by-the-way.
Pascal just walked past one of my prefabs and he was waddling like a duck
again!

Do you think he is in telepathic communication with Pascal two now replaced
in Strange Town after the last reinstall?
Will the two alien babies be clone-siblings? One green male and the pink 'un
female. Should I bring them together? Shall I.... <drop voice to a whisper>
mate them?

The only way I've ever been able to get someone abducted was to use the
boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true cheat. Then make your abductee the
active sim, click on the telescope and choose "debug get abducted". Works
every time.

Thanks Jeanie I'll try that! I've known about that cheat for other
things, but am kind of wary about using it. But I guess if I save ahead
of time nothing bad can really happen, right? I'll try that tonight.
Thanks again!

I am sorely tempted to send Loki away on a journey. He had little sympathy
with Circe when she was in the waddling/widdling/'feed me!' stage of her
pregnancy.
Now she is slim again all he can think about is more babies. He might get
his wish granted.

And this poor family. They're well... poor! I had to sell their carpet
and wallpaper to afford just _one_ crib. Let me tell you their three
room house is not pleasant with all the screaming babies!
