my ram freq is 3000. xpg gammix d30 8gbYour motherboard may need a bios update to support the chipset. This actually a pain, because you need another, suitable cpu to update it or another motherboard.
Hope that's not your case.
The issue may also be in the frequency. What ram do you have?
