To keep it brief, I bought my first pc in 2012, a prebuilt one that would freeze randomly. My second pc was built by my brother and I, this one was weird as it would freeze aswell but was plagued with strange graphical issues. Now my newest one is going through the same thing. Games will crash in both steam and origin, weird green screen will appear when switching tabs on YouTube and it will just turn off arbitrarily. I’ve diagnosed it as much as I can and have found out what’s NOT the issue with it. The RAM, GPU and SSD are not what is causing the issue. This is also a hardware issue as I’ve already reinstalled windows and have even used a different SSD. I’m really in the dark as to what it is, the supplier is confused themselves and said I might have “dirty power” coming from my house, which isn’t even a thing. If anyone can give me advice on what it could be that would be great. If not, my next step is to send back the mother board and cpu so they can run tests on them.

Was the stability problems present from the beginning, or did the problems appear after some time of use?

The thing you say about green screen may indicate a problem to graphic card or driver. Have you tried to use an older driver just to see what happens?

What are the temperatures when it crashes?

Yeah the problems have been present from day one. And it’s not the GPU as I have used an older GPU with a fresh install of windows and the issue still persisted. And the temperatures of the CPU and GPU are in normal parameters, I can’t remember the actual numbers but it’s not an overheating issue. I appreciate your response however :)
