3 lights on my Motherboard

I have a 780 i motherboard what are the 3 lights on it for? 1- blue 1-yellow 1-red there is no info in the hand book.

Thank you, looks like I have a heat problem, my system starts up fine but when it gets ready to boot all power cut out and the red LED is lite up. now I need to find out if it's a heat-sink problem. Thank you very much....

i would remove the old paste from the cpu and put new one like the mx-4 or something similar also with that i would check if the fan spin freely and there is no dust in
