3 months led lit monitor making ticking or popping noise

my monitor(asus vg248qe) is making popping sound while its on or off. I only had it for 3 months and it keeps making horrible loud popping sound. Image displays fine but when playing games i hear tick or popping sound. When i turn it off and wait for 10 minutes. it makes a popping sound.
