Hi!

I got a pretty beast setup 6 months ago

Specs here:
SLI'ed Zotac 780Ti OC Edition.
I7 4790K Overclocked to 4,8Ghz (max OC)
16 GB 1600Mhz DDR3 Ballistix RAM
1000W Coolermaster Gold PSU
Z97 MSI Motherboard *SLI Compatible*
If you want more spec, write in chat, I'll get back to you instantly.

But basicly the questions are:

Is there somewhere I can test if my SLI is working, because I didn't find any FPS increases in any games. (MY MSI AFTERBURNER SAYS IM USING BOTH GRAPHIC CARDS), so is there a away i can test if SLI is working properly?

Question 2: How long does it take, before my PC start to fall off a bit, performance wise? *1 of my graphics cards is only 2 months old*

Question 3: Is SLI 960 with only the 2GB of DDR5 Ram enough to play ALL games on ultra (1920x1080p), or is it better to go SLI 970, or just one 970?

THANKS A LOT IF YOU SPEND TIME ANSWERING THESE QUESTIONS, IT WOULD HELP ME A CRAZY AMOUNT.

Solution
1. If something like Afterburner shows both of your GPUs being used then it's probably true, you could try using some benchmark tool like furmark.
2. You got a PC which can keep going strong for years before you need replacing it, specially if you are using a 1080p monitor.
3. SLI 960 is enough to max all games on 1080p, but since it only has 2GB they might run into problems with some games. A 970 won't max games like GTA V or Witcher 3, but maybe SLI 970 is a bit overkill.

Solution
1. Some games do not support sli. See if you get the same performance with just one card.
2. Your cpu is as good as it gets for gaming today. If you have fps problems, then is when you should look at a graphics improvement.
3. SLI GTX960(or even GTX970) would be a step back. I think you meant sli GTX980.
Regardless, I would look to a single GTX980ti which should max out any game at 1080P, and probably 1440P as well.
