Question 30 ping but usally 0 ping

a month ago i played with 0 ping but since 2 weeks now, i have a 30 to 80 ping.
I already use a powerline adapter, and it worked great, but now im stuck with high ping.
My Download speed is great, But my Ping is 40 ms, on all the online speed tests.

I use the Devolo Magic 1 https://www.devolo.de/magic-1-wifi
another PC that is connected to the internet with ethernet, is working flawless.

i dont know im pretty new to this internet stuff, but i play competitive games and it says 0 ping in games normally

As already stated, you would need to send data faster than light speed to have 0 latency.

0 ping for standalone game maybe??? 40ms is actually very good, of course depend how far your packets are travelling (how many routers/servers they have to travel through).

0 Ping is impossible if playing over the internet. Even pinging things around the house it's usually 1-3ms over wifi. Now ping out to a server and traveling through your ISP equipment, you're going to get at least 10ms minimum. Then traveling a few hundred miles, 30-80ms is normal depending on where the game server is located. 80ms is typical if you live in NYC and the game server is in Texas for example.
