3000 speed memory only running at 2400

Lenovo Thinkcentre M725s AMD Ryzen 5 Pro 2400G
Motherboard is Lenovo 3141 B450
Memory is
TEAMGROUP T-Force Zeus DDR4 16GB Kit (2 x 8GB) 3000MHz (PC4 24000) CL16

Can not get it to run over 2400 in dual channel or single channel (running at 1192 per stick)
There is NO bios options for memory
Info states the MB and CPU can run up to 2666-2933

We all know these APU's like ram speed so i would like to get it to run at the 2933 or atleast 2666 if i can..

Any idea's?

Looks like you cannot run at those speeds. You said your Mobo has no XMP capability. well looking at your
Max JEDECDDR4-2400 (1200 MHz)
I see that that is the default operating frequency of your memory. Your memory has 3000mhz only with XMP enabled. To sum it all up, 2400 is the highest speeds you can get.

Are you able to share a screenshot of the SPD panel from CPU-Z? Your system might be running in jedec profiles and unable to find the XMP profiles

I can not get a screen shot to work apparently it is not as simple as copy and paste on here.
My PC does not have the option for XMP by the way since it is a older office pc and the Bios has no options for memory at all
