3060 130w vs 3070 85w

I have an option between two laptops
Legion 5 AMD 17(Ryzen 7 5800h, 3060 130w ,16gb ram,512gb SSD) https://www.amazon.ae/Lenovo-Legion...638739321&sprefix=legion+,aps,654&sr=8-2&th=1
Acer Nitro 5 15 (Ryzen 7 5800h ,3070 85w, 24gb ram,1tb SSD) - No link (because its on a brochure)
Both being around the same price of 6000 AED (~1600$)

Lenovo has some nice bits like a good screen and a mux switch.
I heard that acer has pushed a bios update allowing the 3070 to have a TDP of 100w? Is this true?
And if it is, which laptop should I go for ?

The Lenovo out of those two. The Acer has bad cooling. It might run faster for a while but when it gets hot you would wish for the cooler 3060.

Where did you get that from? 2 bottom fans for intake blowing the air out the back and sides.

Acer have a bad reputation when it comes to cooling in general and their laptops are no exception to that.

From your own video when they cut the fans up from auto it cooled it down.

They have also changed where the fans are on the model he is looking at and the way it is exhausted .
