I have 4 fans, 3 at the front putting air, and one at the back taking out.
I bought an used gigabyte 3060ti. It was only used for a year and for work and plug in to 3 monitors and thats why i bought it. I plug it in and play baldurs gate at 1080 and its fine, at 40% of usage with 56°c.

I was thinking that it was a little bit weird, but then I change it to 2k. The fan speed was at the top, i could hear the fans speed like an old ps4. Also it was going at 60% of usage and 80 to 90 degrees aaand then it turns off.

Its like that every time it pasts 60% of usage... I do not know what to do anymore. Please help.

You could have got a defective GPU.
How do you know for which purpose and for how long it was used?

You could try removing the heatsink and re-applying thermal compound.
I know because a friend buy a 4090 and he sell me his 3060ti. He only used it for a year.

And by the thermal compund, how do i know the thermal pads have to be changed?

I got some cooler master thermal paste, but i dont know about the 0.5mm pads.

Is the fan working good? Take off the cover and observe the fans, in particular GPU fans, while GPU is in use.

I'd also remove the fans and heatsink from the GPU, clean them up real good, and re-apply thermal paste. Thermal pastes are basically the same, buy whatever you want.
