[SOLVED] 3080 Ti XC3 Ultra: massive FPS drop after Hybrid Kit upgrade/ uninstall ?

So I saw that my temp was going around 69-73 Celcius.
Bought the hybrid kit from Newegg to see if the temp will improve or not
after installation, the temp is 5-10 degrees cooler but the fps was cut almost in half. From 190s to 100 and spike randomly to 130 140.
Tested in multiple games: warzone 2.0 and Dota 2
What can be the cause?
SPECS:
CPU: 11700k
GPU: 3080ti xc3 ultra - NVIDIA 527.56 driver
MOBO: aorus z590 master
m.2: samsung 980 1tb x2
ram: 32gb corsair vengence 3600mhz
After a while, i switched back to the OEM cooler and the problem remained with FPS cut in half.
Fans also went crazy after the installation. noisy through headset
What can be the cause?

some temperature sensor is kicking in, open hwinfo to see which GPU part is poorly cooled, could be VRM, could be VRAM, could be GPU hotspot

That's what I thought and why i uninstalled the kit and put back OEM aircooler.
let me try that and see which spot is hot

i know xc3 runs hot but the fans are going crazy at that temp thats why i wanted to switch

GPU from hardware side is running OK
so thats more likely from software side
try DDU and install new drivers

that seems to work. with oem fans and reinstalling driver, fps is back in the 200 range.
wonder if i installed the hybrid kit wrong or i need to DDU and install the driver with the hybrid kit. what do you think?
