I experienced two problems. One was with the DVD LG drive (blueray), where I had to upgrade the firmware, so Win7 is able to detect it. Yes, you have to remove the drive and flash it on a another operating system (or use dual boot) to get there. Strangely after flashing of the new firmware, the Vista does not recognize it as the LG drive any more, only as standard DVD drive.
And the other is some driver missing, probably the RAID, where intel did not provide the driver yet.
I will recommend using a dual boot system before you get set up your PC. For those considering full upgrade of vista to win7, take a backup before.
