Question 32 bit with PAE (36-bit) trying to unlock 4 GB limitation, secure?

Hello, I want, please objective answers: not things like "come one, use x64..";
I want to use x86, because always enjoyed x86 & my Pc is older, but great. I use softwares like Fl, and Fl 10 is 32-bit, fast, reliable, enough to me.
64 has more information, better management etc... but it is heavier & I want to extract the best as I can about 32 bit.

Asked Microsoft and looks like for personal usage none issues, sure that I won't teach how to do this, just do my task for my work improve.

Question is:
PAE is 36-bit, system 32-bit, a mismatch might occur, systems lead with binary = leading indirectly with electronical hardware; doing all these procedures = safe or might harm PSU, CPU, RAM etc... ??? If a problem occurs, only virtual/software side? Which one is the worst scenario? It's irreversible?

While enableing PAE will give Windows access to more memory (programs are still limited to 4GB) it does NOT give you the ability to run 64-bit software. And, you do not get to come in here and demand that people only respond in the manner that you dictate.

I know, but for FL 9 or 10, 4 GB is okay, my plug-ins okay, other software okay, but system will have 16 GB to lead with, then less stress = > performance. to me makes sense.
I only want to know if will be 100% secure to PSU (I acquired CoolerMaster G600 recently for a great price), CPU, MB etc.. (physical hardware) or if a problem occurs will be digital domain only. Why? Digital leads with hardware about binary = energy flow, then my question.

The worst scenario about issues would be? And would be possible to reverse with formating ???
I just want to know if it will be okay about secure.

PS: the dictate thing sorry for that, it's because I did a question about my old setup & people said: 'buy a newer one', I just wanted a help.

PAE will in no way impact the system negatively, though some (rare) systems were known not to like it for some reason, you can only try it on yours to find out. Just make a verified backup of the entire system before starting.

not like about harming hardware or the system is unstable? Thanks for clarifying. Do you consider Windows 2008 interesting over 7/8/10? It has as I see better workflow, security, I received an information PAE is automatically on about 32-bit system, should be affordable nowadays.

For starters Windows 2008 is a server OS, it is not designed for the casual home user or for games. In addition we are well past the support cutoff date for that OS.

I know, but I like to study & will be for work on-line with audio, professional music/audio tasks. More performance, greater security, well... I want to use the best as long as I can (affordable, secure...)
