Motherboard: X570 Aorus Elite
CPU: Ryzen 3700x
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 4 x 8GB 3200Mhz, C16.

So i have 2 sticks that are manufactured by Samsung and the other 2 by Hynix. With all sticks in i can boot and run at 3200Mhz but it fails both MemTest and Windows Diagnostic. When running either the Samsung sticks or the Hynix on there own it passes. They just both wont work together. This is with XMP enabled.

Solution
Thats not really a solution to my problem though. Thats just neglecting them issue.
Mix and match ram is a gamble. You can try the voltage bump, but it is possible that you will NEVER get a stable system with the memory clock speed you desire.
The guaranteed way to get 32GB is to buy a matched set of 2x16GB.
