360 Wireless Receiver

I have a 360 Wireless Controller Receiver that I've had for quite a few years. I was wondering if I could take the wires and solder them to the inside of the usb port. So I could just mount it in the laptop.

If you feel you are handy enough with a soldering iron and have sufficient modding skills, go for it.(note that this will mean sacrificing one of your usb ports.)
