You certainly can. Mine easily overclocked to 2.6 ghz with a Zalman 7000 cooler and Asus A8N5X mobo. It's currently at 2.58(245x10.5) to properly sync the HT and RAM speeds. Just try pumping the fsb up, the 3700 responds very well to extra frequency. Make sure to lower the HT multiplier if necessary (keep it around 1000) and change RAM divider to keep it at its rated speed (unless you have especially high quality RAM).
