I wouldn't get that motherboard, you're being insanely ripped off, there's no reason to spend that much on a mobo for that system.
Take a look at this article to get a mobo that's right for the g3258:

garbage power supply

between NCIX, Newegg.ca, and Canada Computers, you can find great stuff on sale and build it up like that. heck, an Antec VP550 power supply would be more than good enough, and proper Z97 board for just over $100. i'd be quite hesitant in buying a non-Z board for the G3258 just in case the non-Z boards get neutered in the future with some update. a Z board will ALWAYS let you overclock.
