Hello!
I recently bought a 3800x with an MSI MPG x570 Gaming Plus motherboard, Enermax Liqfusion 240 liquid heatsink, ram g.skill trident z neo 3600mhz (Base 2133 mhz overclocked to 3600mhz). I noticed very strange temperatures. In idle the temperatures are very strange: they oscillate between 45c and 60c. Cinebench r20 80c. Gaming 60-70c. Downloanding games on steam, epic games launcher.... 60-70c. In your opinion are these normal temperatures? Thank you.

Yes they are. Ryzen CPU does that. They spike between idle and 60C when the cores wakes up. If you have 60-70C in games you're totally fine.

If you think the fan are annoying in your OS because of the spikes from 45C to 60C you can modify the CPU fan curve in the BIOS or any program you use to control the fan and put them quiet when your CPU is under 60C and use an agressive fan curve over 60C and your system will become very quiet.
