3d movies on non-3d monitor with samsung 3d glasses?

I have a pair of samsung 3d glasses that I want to hook up to my computer and watch 3d movies on. My monitor is an Asus and is not 3d. My graphics card is an amd r9 390. Is it possible for me to connect my samsung 3d glasses to the computer?
