after making a few tweaks, i am able to hit 8000 score.

my system has 2500k cpu + corsair h50 cooler, 16gb g-skill pc1600, 2 crucial 64gb m4 raid 0 + 2TB WD data drive, 2 asus 560gtx sli and 750w thermaltake power supply.

If 3d11 says comparable, your good. It compares similar systems, quite a few of them, and determines whether or not your hardware is performing properly. If it said low then I would worry a little, but I think you're good.
