3TB WD BLACK showing up in Device Manager but not Disk Management or BIOS!! HELP!!

My 3TB hard drive only shows up in the Device Manager and DOES NOT show up in the BIOS or Disk Management. I have no idea what to do. I recently built this PC so it can't be the components right? Everything else is working but my 3TB HDD. I tried plugging it in into a different SATA plug but nothing happens besides it disappearing in certain SATA plugs. I changed the SATA cable and same thing. I need help! This is my only storage besides my SSD (120GB) which is uses for boot up and important stuff. I need this to work. Please help! Thank you in advance!!

Yes, once you format it you could do whatever you wish to it. It should show up on Windows...

You don't install it. You simply burn the ".iso" file onto a CD, and boot from it. The application is on the disk.
