I'm planning on building a new pc here in a few weeks that I am going to be mainly using as a gaming pc that I also want to use to live stream my gameplay on twitch. I'm wondering since the 5930k should be better at streaming + gameplay than the 6700k wouldn't it be worth it to go for a nice Z170 board instead of an X99 board along with the 5930k and upgrade just the cpu later? Keep in mind that I haven't built a pc for a number of years now and am a bit behind on whats what. Someone help me out here.

My budget is 4k but that's with all peripherals monitor, mouse, keyboard etc.? Peripherals that would be used mainly for the streaming side of this build do not need to be included, like microphone or web cam etc.

One more thing to add would be that I live near the microcenter(Sharonville, Ohio) store so if anyone feels like taking this one more step to help out using what they have currently in stock would be a godsend. Thank you all in advance that help me out with this. Its a huge project for me and I'm super excited to get started on it.

Here's a parts picker link to what ive been tinkering with on the micrcenter site minus about 100ish dollars worth of stuff thats not listed on parts picker like the sli bridge, a mouse pad, some zip ties etc. Let me know what you think. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/drVPjX
