[SOLVED] 4/4 cores & 4 Threads in HPE server

What is execution technology 4/4 cores; 4 threads " in HPE DL 385 Gen 8 server. Processor is AMD opteron (tm) processor 6204, Is this is a 2 or 4 core processor??
In windows its shows 2 cores with 4 logical processor.
Please help to clear this confusion.

As per your link it shows:

The number of CPU cores	4
The number of threads	4

But in windows server OS level it only shows 2 cores with 4 logical processor. Its little bit confusing which one is actual core. Which one we prefer ILO output or OS outputs.
While booting the server its shows 4 core enabled.

OS is wrong. Even AMD says this is a true 4 core cpu:
