[SOLVED] 4-bay HDD Enclosure doesn't reconnect automatically after restarting PC ?

I'm having a weird issue after setting up a new machine, it has a 4 BAY Mediasonic ProBox HF2-SU3S2 Enclosure connected to it with a USB 3.0 cable, I've used this drive on this same machine (before upgrading its motherboard / RAM/ CPU / NVMA drive).

The Enclosure has 4 drives in it and works with Microsoft Spaces really well, the only issue is that when the computer gets restarted or turned off, the enclosure doesn't get automatically recognized by Windows 10 and I have to literally just unplug and replug the cable. When I do that it immediately gets detected and works perfectly, sometimes for weeks at a time, until the computer gets restarted again.

Has anyone had a similar issue? I'm 99% sure the problem isn't the enclosure, maybe there is some legacy USB option in the motherboard BIOS settings that is preventing the drive for being recognized after the computer is asleep?

Thank you!

Solution
I have that same box, and it does the same thing.
It did it when it was connected to a Windows box, it does it now connected to my QNAP NAS box.

You don't have to plug and unplug, just hit the power button on the front.

It never did it on my previous computer setup, I even had to e-mail their support about it and they taught me about its power sync settings:

1. These are the Power Sync modes:

Blue LED = When PC is turned off, the enclosure will turn off in 15 seconds (when you turn on the PC you will have to turn on the enclosure)
Orange LED = When PC is turned off, the enclosure will go into sleeping mode (When you turn on the PC, the enclosure will turn on automatically)
OFF (No LED) = No Power sync, Enclosure stays on...

hold the Sync button to switch between them

Is that answer to question? If so, we can mark it solved, just curious?
