400-500€ league of legends gaming pc

I want to build a gaming PC that could run LoL over 100FPS. I wanted to ask the community since you guys have more experience with this type of stuff. Around 400-500€(450-550$) is my budget.
I already have OS and I am not overclocking!

If you already have some ddr3 RAM, you could go with haswell, if not, a i3 6300 (or a similar model) paired with a cheapish mobo, 8gb ram and a 950 will get you a lot of fps on max settings. Get a goodish PSU, since that can kill your inteire system. SSDs are pretty cheap now, and if it's LoL only (maybe even a few more games) 250GB are pretty decent.

Hmm, since you won't be overclocking, you could do with a budget board and a locked cpu+stock cooler.
Try this, it's pretty good for most games, but I'm not too familiar with LoL.

no i dont have any RAM, and what do you think of the GTX750ti. it is 20€ cheaper
