$400 -+ Build help

Planning to build a PC for my brother. Mostly for playing DoTA 2 and found this build online,would like to know if this is the best i could get for a $400 budget. thanks!

CPU intel G3220(haswell)
M.Board MSI H81M-P33
V.Card ASUS HD7770-DC-1GD5-V2 Radeon HD 7770
Case Fractal Core 1000
RAM Crucial Ballistix Sport (BLS4G3D1609DS1S00) 4gb ddr3 1600 CL9
HDD Seagate 1TB 7200RPM
PSU (suggestions?)

For that price range I'd prefer to go with a AMD APU with the built in graphics.

If you can get all those parts for that budget its worth it. It will beat any APU set up.

Here is a pretty strict budget build I threw together in a few mins. I prefer APU's when dealing with that kind of budget, using the same case, I just threw in a random RAM stick and PSU (which means' dont think those are recommended, just what was there) to show you the kind of options you have. Maybe someone with more knowledge on that game can step in and help more.

If it were me, I'd go with that APU, and do the build around that.

This is amazing for the price and will destroy an apu build, but it is a bit over budget (definitely worth it though).

different approach then I took, I tried to cut costs while this adds some, but I agree, much, much better, and worth the slightly higher cost.
