400$ for new mainboard, processor and ram,help

hello,i have 400$ to spend.
i want to buy a new processor, i doubt between AMD FX 8320-8350-8370
The mainboard that i like is the Asus M5A99FX PRO 2.0
And gskill ripjaws 1866 DDR3 kit.
Can you recommend me an alternative for this money?

That's a great combination. I've got a 8320 with the M5A99FX Pro R2.0 for a home server running multiple VM's. That motherboard and CPU are rock solid. I don't think you'll find a combination much better for that amount of money unless you went used.

If this is for gaming, once DX12 games become common, the AMD 8 core CPUs will be incredible.

thanks, i think the 8320 is the best processor for the money, because for the price of 8350-8370 i think is possible to go for a intel plattorm
