400w PSU enough?

Will a 400w psu be enough for this pc?

I won’t be overclocking anything but I do game for a while(1-2hrs a day)

AMD Ryzen 3 1200
Asus Prime-B350 Plus
8gb ddr4 2166
1tb 7.2k hdd
120gb 7.2k hdd
120gb ssd
Radeon R7 240 2gb
No optical drives
3 120mm red led case fans
Wireless gaming mouse and keyboard
24in LCD Monitor

Your estimate is very high, that computer will have a heavy load around 150W, I don't see it even getting past 200W ever.
Load wattage roughly 375-380 Watts? A GOOD supply MIGHT be enough, but any droop in the power supply will be problematic at best. A cheap power supply that CLAIMS but doesn't actually deliver that wattage could be deadly to your system. Would recommend a good power supply with a bit more safety margin at 500 Watts to accommodate an 80% efficiency and any slight fluctuations.

The PSU is the heart of the system. Problems there will affect everything else.

Neither, you should buy something like a high quality 450W power supply. As long as you only plan on having one GPU and don't go too big ever on the GPU and CPU 450W is fine but you can get 550W if you really plan on going big with power hungry components eventually. If you ever want multiple GPUs, then a 750W is more reasonable.

But it ultimately depends on precisely what hardware you will eventually upgrade to.
