Question 4070 super/VGA light no posting

ive had this refurbished 4070 super for a little over a month now i havent banged it dropped it nothing ive looked after it and its worked fine. about 40 minutes ago i decided to put my 3060 Ti in to just benchmark it on 3D Mark got my results and took it out, put the 4070 back in and it just wont post im getting a vga light and zero post. theres zero damage to the pcie slot or the gpus golden thingy, ive reseated it in a different pcie slot, put all the cables back in and everything, nothing. i beg someone help me i pray this new card isnt just magically bricked

Not sure if you did this, but since it wasn't mentioned:

Did you uninstall / install drivers at all between switching cards?
Even if they're both Nvidia, you should clean install the drivers each time you switch.

If that's the case, pop the 3060 Ti back in, uninstall drivers and try the 4070 again.
Maybe even nuke it fully by running DDU in safe mode and rebooting.

Other than that, hate to say, but sounds like the card might have just bricked on you.
