Specific games AND apps you will primarily want to use it FOR? Yes, I get it that you want it for everything, but the things you MOSTLY use it for, are going to kind of be the deciding factor. 4070 ti. Especially if you use blender and any performance gains are important.

It is most important however, what the rest of the hardware, including CPU, memory configuration and power supply, will be. And yes, the PSU should ABSOLUTELY be the FIRST priority after you determine what card you are going to go with. It's the single most important component in any system. Period.
