(Sorry for the english, not my lenguage)

My Nvidia 4090 keeps turning off while starting the pc.
The rest of the pc rests powered on, but the GPU shots itself down and the pc doesn't work at all, black screen.
I tried unplugging everything and release static electricity by pulling the power button for more then a minute.
Other advice?

You can get the information from the label on the side of the PSU itself. You would have to open the case.

Did your Omen come with the 4090 or did you install it yourself?
I bought all together on the HP site. And is been in assistance once last year for the same problem. It worked good these months, now again with this. It seems cuz I didn't use the pc for 2 weeks.

For the PSU, I can't get to that, it seems inside another case, I don't think is a good idea to open all this so deeply.

No worries. It should have come with a 1200W PSU that, if working properly, is sufficient.

This sounds like a typical heat and/or power issue.

Are you overclocking anything (CPU, GPU, memory)?

A simple pixelart game it pushes the stats of the GPU at max, almost all 40Gb, Idk how people with a 2080 could run a 3D game.

Btw, now the pc works, but I bet is just matter of time before it happens again.

PCs suck, it seems more an art than a science.
