[SOLVED] 40fps 4k GTA v maxed out with rtx 2080tib

Hi I have just bought a gigabyte rtx 2080ti for 4k 60 FPS gaming. I ran GTA v maxed out @ 4k and was getting dips from 60fps to 40fps . I have just done a fresh clean install on to a Samsung 960pro brand new can't understand why . Maybe get MSI rtx 2080 gaming X trio instead I think it's defective card.

That looks about right... 68 fps average is definitely going to dip in the 40s

And those results are very High settings not maxed out

@4k turn off antialiasing if you have it on. Don't need it at this resolution.

Also grass details, don't have it on ultra. You won't see any different.
