4790k not compatible with ASUS h81m-a

I just found out my processor isn't compatible with my motherboard. But the regular 4790 without K seems to be compatible when clocked at 3.6 GHz. My processor comes pre-clocked at 4.0 GHz. Is there a way you think I could fix this? My computer won't boot due to the combatibility issue.(I don't have plans to overclock and only got the 4790k because it was cheaper then the 4770k for a Christmas sale and there was no regular 4790 at the time.) You have to update the BIOS.
You can order a BIOS chip on ebay and replace the board's one (it's on socket), or ask a local PC shop to help you with a supported CPU for flashing the BIOS.
